At SeiBella WaxBar, we’re committed to providing exceptional services in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. To ensure all clients have a smooth experience, we ask that you carefully review our policies before booking.

Upon Arrival

• Check-In: at reception.

• Please use the restroom before we call you in.

• Appointment Timing: Your scheduled time does not guarantee your entry time, it does guarantee your service.

Payments & Deposits

ALL MALE INTIMATE WAX APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE FULL PRE-PAYMENT — NO EXCEPTIONS

• All male Brazilian & bikini services must be fully prepaid at the time of booking.

General Deposits & Payments

• A deposit is ALWAYS required to secure any appointment.

• Appointments booked without a deposit are not confirmed and may be canceled without notice.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No-Shows

Late Arrivals

• We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.

• If you arrive later than this, your appointment will be canceled, and full payment will be required to rebook.

Cancellations & Reschedules

• We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, reschedules, or appointment changes.

• Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in:

📌 $30 late cancellation/reschedule fee (charged to your card on file or due before rebooking)

📌 Forfeited deposit/payment

• Clients may reschedule the same appointment twice. After two reschedules, a new deposit will be required.

No-Show Policy

❗️ No-shows are strictly enforced (REPEAT- FULL PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED).

❗️ If you fail to attend your appointment without notice:

❗️ Your card on file will be charged a $30 no-show fee or loss of full payment.

❗️ Repeat no-shows will require full pre-payment for future bookings.

❗️ If this occurs again, we will require full payment for both the missed appointment and any future bookings.

🚫Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Behavior

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate comments, behavior, or misconduct during intimate services.

Our licensed professionals are trained to provide waxing services in a professional, safe, and respectful manner. We understand that bodily responses such as sweating or anxiety are natural. If you have concerns, please communicate them — we are here to ensure your comfort.

Appointment Security

• Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.

• If no deposit is received, your appointment will be canceled and may be given to another client.

• If we cancel your appointment due to a missing deposit, you are welcome to rebook via our website:

Refunds, Vouchers & Discounts

• All sales are final — We do not offer refunds or transfers.

• Coupons & Vouchers (e.g., Groupon):

For new clients only *One-time purchase.

To SECURE appointment, send a screenshot of your barcode to (708) 971-8179.

We reserve the right to redeem your voucher if you cancel/reschedule late or no-show.

Children & Guests

• No guests or children are allowed in our waiting area

• To maintain a quiet client focused environment, no guests are permitted during your service.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

Your safety is our priority. All tools are thoroughly sanitized between clients, and we use disposable items whenever possible to ensure a clean, sterile environment.

• For your health, safety, and to achieve the best results, we kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment with the intimate area, clean and fresh. Proper hygiene is crucial as waxing removes the hair from the roots, leaving the hair, follicles temporarily open and more susceptible to bacteria.

• If your card on file is declined when processing the $30 no-show/cancellation fee, this fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
